These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, displayed booking or subscription rules and any written programme-specific consents or instructions, form the agreement governing use of the website and academy services.

If you use the service for a minor athlete, you confirm that you are the authorised parent or legal guardian and accept these terms on their behalf to the permitted extent.

• “Academy”, “we” or “us”: Platinum Academy and the operator of the branches and website.
• “User”: a visitor, account holder, parent, athlete, coach or job applicant.
• “Service”: training, initial assessment, booking, subscription, competitions, accounts, games or any digital or in-person service.
• “Programme”: the course, track, group, camp or activity identified in a booking.

• The account creator or booking person must be an adult with legal capacity or authority to act for the athlete.
• The parent is responsible for their authority, required consents, emergency information and authorised collection persons.
• The academy may request reasonable documentation or verification before activating an account or processing a child-related request.
• A child may not create a financial commitment or provide legal consents or sensitive documents without a parent.

• Provide accurate, current information and do not impersonate others or create misleading accounts.
• Keep passwords and verification codes confidential and do not share parent or coach accounts with unauthorised people.
• Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access, lost devices or changed contact numbers.
• An account may be temporarily suspended for protection, identity verification or suspected misuse.

• Descriptions, times, duration, level and age group are indicative until final branch confirmation.
• An athlete may be moved to a more suitable level or group based on coach assessment, safety, age, capacity or development needs.
• Participation does not guarantee a specific level, competition, medal or result because progress differs between athletes.
• Any time, level or result estimate shown on the website or in games does not replace in-person assessment.

• Submitting a form or WhatsApp message does not guarantee a place, price or time.
• A booking becomes confirmed after branch approval, group assignment, required data completion and payment of any required amount.
• An initial assessment may be required before an athlete is accepted into a particular programme.
• A request may be declined or deferred if places are unavailable, the programme is unsuitable or safety requirements cannot be met.

• Prices may vary by branch, programme, level, duration, promotion or additional service.
• Payment must use an approved method and should produce a receipt or reference number.
• The user is responsible for bank or payment-provider charges disclosed before completion.
• Sending a transfer screenshot alone is not final proof until the payment is matched and confirmed.
• Official taxes or charges remain subject to applicable law and the invoice or receipt.

• The cancellation, refund and freezing policy stated in the booking form, receipt or branch agreement applies.
• Individual absence or lateness does not automatically create a refund, credit or make-up session unless the policy says so.
• Freezing requests may require documentation and a defined period, especially for injury or health reasons.
• If the academy cancels a session or programme, it will seek an alternative, credit or appropriate resolution under the circumstances and policy.
• Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method or another agreed secure method after verifying entitlement.

• Arrive at the recommended time, wear suitable kit and bring required items.
• A late athlete may be restricted from part of a session if missing warm-up or sequence makes participation unsafe.
• The parent is responsible for timely delivery and collection by an authorised person at the designated place.
• The branch must be notified of absence or changes to authorised collection through approved channels.
• Attendance may be recorded electronically and used for follow-up and notifications.

• Relevant injuries, operations, movement limitations, conditions, medication or medical instructions must be disclosed.
• Coach instructions must be followed and no skill or apparatus should be attempted without permission and suitable supervision.
• An athlete may be stopped or have training modified if fatigue, pain, risk or unsuitability appears.
• The parent is responsible for seeking medical advice where uncertain; the academy does not provide medical diagnosis or guarantees.
• In an emergency, first aid or medical assistance may be sought and registered contacts used; the parent is responsible for uncovered costs unless law provides otherwise.

• Respect athletes, coaches and staff and do not use violence, insults, discrimination or threats.
• Do not photograph another child or publish their data or image without appropriate consent.
• Do not enter restricted areas, use apparatus without permission or disrupt training.
• Report safety concerns, inappropriate conduct, bullying or exploitation to management.
• Serious or repeated breaches may result in warnings, suspension or termination while respecting relevant rights.

• Internal technical, security or record photography may be separate from public marketing media.
• Where publication consent is requested, channels, purpose and duration should be reasonably explained.
• Consent may be withdrawn for future uses, without a guarantee that copies already circulated beyond academy control can be recovered.
• Photography in changing areas or private spaces and abusive or misleading use of images is prohibited.

• Selection for a competition does not guarantee final registration, participation or result.
• Dates, rules or categories may change due to organisers, federations or circumstances outside our control.
• The parent is responsible for personal documents, consents, travel, insurance and expenses unless otherwise agreed.
• Team, kit, conduct and instruction rules apply during travel, overnight stays and events.

• Portal content or screenshots containing another athlete’s or person’s data must not be shared.
• Evaluations and notes are technical assessments at a point in time, not promises of future results.
• Errors in attendance, payments or data should be reported within a reasonable period for review.
• Records may be corrected when an error is found, with an audit record kept where needed.

• Scores may depend on device, connection and use, so they are not suitable for professional comparison.
• Tools, code or methods used to manipulate scores or leaderboards are prohibited.
• An inappropriate or suspicious score or name may be removed.
• Avoid using a child’s full name on public boards and use a safe display name.

• Qualifications, certificates, experience and other information must be accurate and verifiable.
• Original documents, references or checks appropriate to the role and child safeguarding may be requested.
• Any employment or contractor relationship is subject to a separate agreement, policies and legal requirements.
• The recruitment process may be ended for false information or concealment of material facts.

• Do not hack, test vulnerabilities without permission, disrupt the website or bypass permissions.
• Do not introduce malware, use bots, scrape personal data or copy databases.
• Do not submit illegal, abusive, misleading, privacy-infringing or IP-infringing content.
• Do not use the site for unauthorised advertising, fraud, fundraising or impersonating the academy.
• Technical or legal measures may be taken to protect the site and users when a breach is suspected.

• Users receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms.
• Content may not be copied, sold, republished, modified or used to create a competing service without written permission.
• Third-party image, music or material rights remain with their owners and are used under licence.
• The user grants the academy the licence necessary to process submitted content for the request or publish it where publication consent is given.

A link does not guarantee or control the external service, content, availability or policies. Users access it at their own discretion after reviewing its terms and privacy information.

• The website may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, faults, security or circumstances beyond control.
• Website design, features, content or links may be changed without affecting accrued rights.
• Schedules, coaches, branches or groups may change when needed, with reasonable notice and suitable alternatives where possible.
• Published information is general and there may be delay between an operational change and website update.

• We do not guarantee a sporting or educational result, medal or specific improvement within a set period.
• We are not responsible for incorrect or undisclosed health information affecting training suitability, subject to our legal duties.
• We are not responsible for loss caused by unauthorised account use, safety-rule breaches or website interference.
• These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, gross fault, injury or any right that law does not permit us to exclude.

Delay or inability caused by official decisions, health emergencies, disasters, weather, utility or communication outages, venue closure, disputes, security disruption or other events beyond control is not deliberate breach. We will seek to notify users and provide a fair alternative or resolution according to the service and law.

• Non-payment, false information, misuse, safety or conduct breaches, threats to others or attempted hacking.
• Where possible, notice or an opportunity to correct is given before termination, except for danger or serious breach.
• Financial obligations and accrued rights before termination remain, subject to the relevant settlement or refund policy.
• A user may request account closure, while legally or financially required records may be retained.

• Notices may be sent by phone, WhatsApp, email or account notification.
• Phone and email details must be kept updated; users are responsible for missed messages caused by outdated data or blocking.
• Optional marketing messages can be stopped while essential service messages may continue.
• Do not rely on unverified messages requesting money or confidential data; verify official channels.

• Contact the academy first with the facts and relevant documents so an amicable solution can be attempted.
• An unresolved complaint may be escalated to academy management or the legally competent authority.
• Disputes are subject to competent Egyptian courts or authorities unless law requires another process or jurisdiction.
• If a provision is invalid, the remainder continues to the extent possible.

• The effective date, latest update and version appear at the top.
• Fresh acceptance may be requested for a material change or new obligation.
• Existing bookings remain subject to the confirmed terms and policies at that time unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

• Include name, contact method, branch or programme and clear request details.
• Do not send passwords, verification codes, card data or sensitive documents through a public channel.
• Identity or authority verification may be required before discussing an account or athlete data.
• Use the suggestions page for general feedback or official email for specific complaints and requests.
