“Academy”, “Platinum”, “we” and “us” refer to Platinum Academy and the operator of the website, training, booking and follow-up services. This policy covers data handled through the website, forms, account portals, messages, payments, games and branch services.

This policy does not govern independent third-party websites or apps linked from our services; those services have their own policies.

• Identity and contact details: name, phone number, email, area or governorate, and relationship to the athlete.
• Athlete data: name, age or date of birth, gender, branch, group, programme, technical level, attendance, evaluations and coaching notes.
• Health or fitness information voluntarily provided by the parent or athlete where needed for safety or programme suitability, such as injuries, movement limitations or medical instructions.
• Account and login data: username, account identifiers, login logs, roles, permissions and security actions.
• Booking and transaction data: course or service, date, branch, status, amount, payment method, reference number and receipts, without needing to retain full card data.
• Job application data: CV, qualifications, experience, certificates, specialism, contact details and documents chosen by the applicant.
• Photos, video and recordings relating to training, competitions or events where an appropriate basis or consent exists.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, usage time, cookies, local storage, error and security logs.
• Game data: display name, scores, level, timing, attempts and leaderboard ranking if the user chooses to participate.

• A child should not send identity documents, health data or private images directly through public channels.
• A parent may request review, correction or deletion of a child’s data, subject to records needed by law or to settle transactions.

• Injury, allergy, movement limitation or medical instruction information should be accurately provided where it affects training.
• Access is restricted to those who need the information for their role, such as authorised administration or the responsible coach.
• The website and coach assessment are not substitutes for professional medical diagnosis or care.
• When no longer needed, health information is deleted or de-identified in line with retention rules and applicable obligations.

• A user may be redirected to an external payment provider or use an integrated gateway; card entry is governed by the provider’s policy and security.
• We may retain payment status, amount, date, transaction reference, method and receipt details.
• We do not ask users to send card numbers, passwords or verification codes through WhatsApp, email or ordinary forms.
• Financial records are retained as needed for transactions, review and accounting or legal obligations.

• Photos or videos may be captured for internal coaching, competition records, security or marketing depending on the purpose and appropriate consent.
• Where media is intended for public use, the expected publication channels—such as the website, social pages or print—should be explained.
• Consent may be withdrawn for future use, although previously published or independently redistributed material may not be fully removable.
• Users must not post content that violates an athlete’s privacy or exposes them to bullying, abuse or exploitation.

• We may save display name, score, time, attempts and a device or account identifier to prevent manipulation.
• A child’s full name should not be used on a public leaderboard; a nickname or first name is preferred.
• A score or display name may be removed or amended following a verified request from the account holder or parent.
• Preview scores may be stored locally on the device without being sent to the server.

• We may use phone, WhatsApp or email to confirm bookings and send schedules, absence alerts, renewal reminders and important information.
• Optional marketing messages can be stopped, while essential account or booking messages may continue.
• Do not send sensitive documents, payment information or passwords through public messages or unverified accounts.
• Comments or messages on social pages may be visible to the platform or public depending on user settings.

• With authorised coaches, administration and branches based on role and permission.
• With hosting, database, technical support, messaging, payment, backup, analytics or security providers.
• With competition organisers or sports bodies for registration or participation using only needed data.
• With government, judicial or regulatory authorities where disclosure is required or lawful.
• In a business reorganisation or transfer, with safeguards and notice where required.

Where data is transferred or accessed outside Egypt, we seek trusted providers and apply required safeguards, contracts and consents according to the data and applicable law. Protection laws may differ in the receiving country.
